The monthly Tax Payment Plan Installment option has proven quite successful. It allows you to make 12 regular payments and avoid the penalty.
All prior years' taxes must be paid in full by December 31st of the previous year. Approval must be obtained from the village office by applying in person or writing to the office before January 15th of the current tax year. Payments must be made by the 30th of each month or by providing the village office with post-dated cheques. Payments from January to June shall be six (6) equal payments of one-twelfth of the prior year's tax levy. Payments from July to December shall be six (6) equal payments of the balance of current years taxes. Please contact the Village office for further information.
