2026 PROPERTY TAXES ARE DUE BY AUGUST 9, 2026
The Combined Tax Statements and Assessment Notices for Alberta Beach will be mailed on June 10, 2026, and are deemed received on June 18, 2026.
Important Dates
- Property Tax Payment Deadline: August 9, 2026
- Assessment Complaint Deadline: August 17, 2026
Please note that property taxes must be paid on time, even if an assessment complaint has been filed.

Property tax payments may be made at the Village Office located at:
4935 – 50 Avenue
Alberta Beach, AB
Office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday.

- Interac e-Transfer (please contact the Village Office for details)
A mail slot is located beside the front entrance of the office for payments submitted outside business hours.

Mailed Payments
Payments sent by mail are considered received on the date indicated by the postmark on the envelope. To avoid penalty, mailed payments must be postmarked no later than August 9, 2026.
Penalties
- An 18% penalty will be applied on August 10, 2026 to all unpaid current-year tax accounts.
- On January 1 of the following year, an additional 18% penalty will be applied to all outstanding tax arrears.
