Alberta Beach is dedicated to providing high-quality municipal services through a combination of in-house staff and external contractors. Village Administration plays a central role in coordinating and supporting the various services offered to the community, acting as a hub for communication, information management, and administrative functions.

Some of the key responsibilities and functions of the Administration office include:
• Support to Municipal Council: Preparing meeting agendas, council packages, and recording minutes of meetings.
• Elections and Tax Notices: Participation in municipal elections (distribution of ballots, tabulation of results) and the preparation of tax and assessment notices.
• Public Service: Responding to requests for information from the public, other municipalities, and government entities.
• Administrative Duties: Maintaining information files, processing paperwork, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks that keep the village running smoothly.
• Public Communication: Encouraging community members to express their ideas, concerns, and complaints through written communication, which is then processed by the office.

The Public Works Department and Alberta Beach Patrol Department also play critical roles in ensuring the safety and well-being of the community, supporting Village Administration in providing services that meet the needs of residents and visitors alike.
